The above infographic was in the metronews today. It is a simple breakdown of some the processes to recycle four materials; aluminum, plastic, glass, and paper. It also has some of the shocking stats about recycling in Europe and the USA. This infographic shows that it is cheaper to use recycled materials, and that we are not recycling enough. Of course the best solution in the first place is not to create the waste in the first place.
